Farm in seminar to launch APPEA

One of the more behind-the-scenes activities at the annual APPEA conference is the round of farm-...

Wolfgang Fischer, of Petroventures, who are helping PESA coordinate the seminar said the event would bring to the attention of the world-wide oil and gas industry, high quality exploration, appraisal and development opportunities in Australia and beyond.

He said presentations would run for a maximum of 10 minutes which would provide the opportunity for more and varied presentations. In addition, there would be time set aside to present any late-breaking farmout information via overhead projector.

Farm outs this year include opportunities in the Ashmore-Cartier, Exmouth, Canning, Carnarvon, Perth, Surat and onshore Otway Basins.

Registration for both presenters and viewers at the Seminar is A$160 which covers the Farmin Seminar Report CD, morning coffee and an excellent lunch including drinks.

It will be held at 8.30am, Sunday, 21st April at the Hindley Rooms 1 & 2, Novotel Adelaide, 65 Hindley Street, Adelaide. The APPEA conference is opened officially at the Icebreaker function later that evening.
