A total of 33m net gas pay has been estimated from logs in the three shallow reservoir zones, according to Novus. In addition, the well has encountered additional reservoir zones with strong gas shows in the open-hole section.

The company said after completion of the Tanggulangin well, the rig will move to spud a well on the Carat prospect about five kilometres to the south of Wunut.
