Voyager to focus on Perth Basin after sell off

Voyager this week said it had reached an agreement with Gulliver Productions for the sale of its 29.92% interest in EP-104 and 40.48% interest in the associated West Kora Production Licence Application.

The EP-104 permit contains the unappraised Point Torment gas field in which Voyager has a 37.4% interest. An appraisal well is planned on the Point Torment field during the first half of this year.

Both projects are located onshore and in the King Sound area near Derby in the Canning Basin.

Voyager said it will receive a payment of $50,000 once certain financing arrangements are achieved by Gulliver and will have the right to re-acquire a 10% interest in the project after the results of the Point Torment-2 gas appraisal well are known.
