The ever-travelling Global Petroleum executive team has snagged another exploration play, this time in Indonesia after striking a deal with a local private company to earn 90% of a PSC in the region.
Details remain scant concerning the area involved but a Global announcement said it would support Indonesia company PT KQEB Krisnian Berkati (KKB) in a joint study, which has been approved by the MIGAS director general.
Subject to results, Global will assume 90% of the project for carrying KKB's 10% share of the costs.
Global said it would be visiting the location shortly to look at other field work in the study area.
