Perth-based junior explorer Pancontinental Oil & Gas NL has announced it has allotted 1,000,000 shares at an issue price of 5.5 cents per share together with 250,000 free attaching options.
Pancontinental has been looking to raise $550,000 by issuing 10 million shares at 5.5 cents and up to 2.5 million new options to fund exploration work in New Zealand and Australia as well as general working capital.
The latest announcement means 8 million shares and 2 million options have now been placed.
