Court case to decide French fraccing future

ALL eyes are looking to Paris for global leaders to do what they have been unable to do for decades and set global emissions targets, but at the same time an administrative court of Cergy-Pontoise, located in the Paris region, will rule on the repeal of three permits in southern France, a move that could pave the way for fraccing in the republic.
