Barents Sea joint seismic draws criticism

A RECENT decision by Norwegian giant Statoil to enlist the help of 17 companies to conduct a 3D seismic acquisition of the southeast Barents Sea has drawn cautious criticism from International Association of Geophysical Contractors president Chip Gill.
