Buru hits high at Ungani-2

BURU Energy has hit the Ungani Dolomite at Ungani-2 almost 27 metres higher than prognosis, with similar oil shows observed to those encountered at the top of the reservoir in Ungani-1ST1.

It said it was encouraged by the drilling and oil shows, and was looking forward to fully evaluating the reservoir and establishing the position of oil water contact, which it was unable to do at Ungani-1ST1....
