In PEL 113, the Adelaide-based company is partners with Beach Petroleum in the Comic-1, which will have wireline logs and potentially drill stem tests to evaluate any shows.

The well is targeting 1.3 million barrels of P10 oil in-place in the Murta Formation, McKinlay Member and Birkhead Formation in between in the Harpoono and Revenue oil discoveries in the northeast area of the Dunoon Ridge.

Elsewhere in the Cooper, Stuart is preparing to spud the Doriemus-1 well in its 100%-owned PEL 102.

The well is targeting 2.5 million barrels of in-place oil and 32 billion cubic feet of in-place gas, both at the P10 level of confidence, in the Doriemus structure, which has a strong stratigraphic component.
