A Nuenco drilling report said Jack Hamar 2-13 had passed the midway point and was drilling ahead with encouraging hydrocarbon shows consistent with those recorded when drilling 1-13.

Nuenco’s managing director Anthony Kain said he was very pleased to see the gas shows off the mud log correlate to Jack Hamar 1-13 to this depth.

The report said the partners had passed the midway point in the well and were lifting the mud motor off bottom hole in preparation for reinserting drilling assembly.

The current participants in the Jack Hamar gas project are: Nuenco LLC 37.5%, Orchard Petroleum Inc 37.5% and Nahabedian Exploration Group LLC 25%.
