Geological and Corporate Management Pty Ltd (Geocorp), an entity associated with founding directors, Gerald Johnson and Ildiko Wowesny, has served a writ of summons against Carpathian.
A Carpathian statement said Geocorp was claiming the sum of $833,333.33 pursuant to the terms of the alleged management agreement between Geocorp and Carpathian.
Carpathian said it would defend the claim. It also said information on potential reserves would be available after 15 June.
