The company operates six land rigs in Kuwait and said it expects to evacuate the 386 non-resident employees from its 432 workforce in the country. The six rigs will be secured and put under care and maintenance.

The company's Chief Operating Officer Jon Marshall said, "While our decision is voluntary and may have a financial impact, our paramount concern is the safety and well being of our employees."
