If annualised, the figure would be equivalent to about 38.4 petajoules per year.
QGC said this daily production rate from less than 100 coal seam methane wells suggests Berwyndale South wells have the capacity to average more than 1 million cubic feet of gas per day.
The previous highest daily production rate was 20% less or 90TJ, the company said.
Managing director Richard Cottee said the figure shows the enormous capacity of its coals in the Surat Bowen Basin.
"Most of our wells are free-flowing - proof of the effectiveness of our drilling and completion techniques," he said.
"The achievement after just two years of actual production underlines the quality and consistency of QGC's world-class acreage."
Cottee also said QGC's strategy to focus on value over volume with production and sale of gas would position the company to meet domestic supply contracts as it gears up for the Queensland Curtis liquefied natural gas project.
In February this year, QGC and BG Group announced an $8 billion LNG joint venture to build a 3-4 million tonne per annum LNG plant at Curtis Island, near Gladstone on the Queensland coast.
The plant would enable an annual export of 3-4 million tonnes of LNG for 20 years, the company said.
