Arrow extends takeover bid for CH4 Gas

COAL seam methane producer Arrow Energy has extended its offer for CH4 Gas by an extra 14 days, from 5pm on July 7 to 5pm July 21. Arrow said the offer had been unanimously recommended by the directors and major shareholders of CH4. As at June 28, Arrow has received acceptances of the offer in respect of 62.6% of the ordinary shares in CH4.
