This new company will be owned 50-50 by Topia and RCAI, and will focus on the production and distribution of BioDiesel worldwide.

Topia supplies Canadian private and long-haul fleets, marine, rail, power generation and the aerospace industries.

Using relationships with the two component companies, Topia said it expects the new entity to open up US and Canadian biodiesel markets through high-volume distribution terminals throughout North America and overseas.

It also expects to increase the availability of high-quality biodiesel with new production facilities in under-serviced markets in North America and, in the future, overseas.
