Arbitration sought in Gorgon spat

ENGINEERING and contracting giant KBR has asked a Texas judge to send a $1.86 billion claim filed by Australian contracting firm Cimic over works undertaken at the Gorgon LNG project on Barrow Island to arbitration, saying the lawsuit violates their disputes agreement.
