NOPSEMA warns on diving risks

AUSTRALIA'S offshore regulator has warned operators to take extra care after a vessel working off the North West Shelf had an unplanned movement while diving activities were being conducted just 130m from a hydrocarbon facility, potentially putting divers' lives at risk.
