Rally calls for NT frac ban

THE arrival of big US fraccer Aubrey McClendon in to the McArthur Basin has Territorians worried, with a big rally planned this morning at the NT parliament building, but the Australian Petroleum Production And Exploration Association says fraccing is safe and that the calls for a moratorium have no basis in science.
