MAS, contracted by onshore engineering procurement and construction contractor JKC, will deliver management, design, engineering, scaffolding material and installation services as part of the agreement.

The contract is a big win for MAS, which also focuses on the mining and infrastructure sectors, as it looks to expand in the oil and gas industry.

The addition of the Ichthys project to the company's order book takes the running total to $388 million.

The Ichthys LNG project is operated by Inpex in conjunction with Total and the Australian subsidiaries of Tokyo Gas, Osaka Gas, Chubu Electric Power and Toho Gas.
