Key sales agreement executed with Emerald

KEY Petroleum will pay $50,000 to Emerald Oil & Gas to buy its interest in exploration permit 104 and retention lease R1 in the Canning Basin in Western Australia.

The deal was first announced in late 2011. Key will take over a 24.98% beneficial interest in EP104 and a 14.17% interest in R1. As well as the $50,000 cash, Emerald will be given 4 million ordinary...
