Nexus stoush heats up ahead of AGM

THE fun and games at Nexus have continued ahead of its annual general meeting on Thursday, with the company disclosing the terms of a fateful Echuca Shoals farm-out which led to the resignation of then-chief executive Richard Cottee.

According to a note sent out to investors last week, Cottee was pushing for terms on the transaction which included issuing options equal to 10% of Nexus' issued capital and taking out "key man" insurance....
