ORIGIN Energy says the primary and secondary target of its Freshwater Point-1 exploration well on...

The company said the well intersected the primary High Cliff Sandstone at about 1647m with no oil or gas shows.

The High Cliff Sandstone is oil productive in the offshore Cliff Head oil field, some 16km northwest of the Freshwater Point Prospect.
