The permit is adjacent to the company's existing permits WA-359-P and WA-389-P.

According to the company, permit WA-409-P contains similar prospective trends to that of its other two permits in the basin.

Cue and its subsidiary Gascorp Australia (operator) share a 50% stake in WA-409-P respectively.
