THE litigation between Australian gas and power project developer Energy World Corporation (EWC) ...
EWC on Friday said it had signed the agreement with El Paso Energy for the transferred interests in the Sengkang power project, which consists of a gas-fired power plant supplied by its namesake gas field in Indonesia.
The settlement date for the transaction is on or before November 15.
EWC said as a result of reaching the agreement by mutual consent, the litigation between the parties has been withdrawn.
