In order for the Merger to become effective, both the Share Scheme and Option Scheme must now be approved by the Supreme Court of Western Australia. The Court will be asked to approve the Merger at a hearing to be held this Friday, September 9.

If the Court approves the share scheme and the options scheme, an application will be made to suspend trading in Voyager shares and listed options. This suspension is expected to take effect from the close of trade next Monday, September 12.
