Former business manager, process reliability and integrity, Paul Birighitti, has been appointed PCT’s inaugural CEO.
A PCT release said founding shareholders Angelo Dabala, Gary Napier and Geoff Longshaw would transfer to non-executive positions on the board of directors, joining the two new non-executive directors, Mel Ashton (chairman) and John Chandler who were appointed late last year.
“Angelo Dabala, Gary Napier and Geoff Longshaw will utilise their extensive experience and industry knowledge to help further build and develop PCT from a strategic and Board based perspective,” said the company.
PCT’s managing director for the past three years, Angelo Dabala said Birighitti had extensive experience in industry from an engineering, consulting and IT service management perspective.
“He had held the position of business manager, process reliability and integrity for the past two years where he has been a great success,” said Dabala.
“Paul’s new role is supported by a number of new key positions, including the appointment of John Walters as chief financial officer.
“His CEO appointment is a strategic step towards building the PCT of the future, allowing PCT to build on the operational and strategic planning and support which we see as vital for our expansion and growth.”
Birighitti said he would be finalising the reorganisation of PCT’s corporate structure to place a greater focus on clients’ needs and expectations, new in-house systems and the ongoing development of PCT’s employees.
