Afminex, formerly Leo Shield Exploration, hived off its African mining assets into the Perseus Mining float earlier this year. After taking full control of its Kyrgyz oilfields – it terminated a farm out agreement with a European investor due to non-performance – it has rebadged itself with a more appropriate name.

Caspian’s new codes are CIG (ordinary shares) and CIGOC (options).
