The engineering group said the appointment and new business focus were aimed at building a unique approach to asset management and better aligning the company's services with client objectives in the project preparation and execution areas.
Croxford has more than 28 years experience in the maintenance industry including extensive experience in turnarounds and major shutdowns in both the mineral processing and petrochem industries.
Led by Peter Kelsall, GRD Minproc's asset management business is said to provide a complete management and delivery service focused on development and implementation of asset management strategies.
“Chris Allen completes the experienced management team as manager operations and maintenance,” the company said.
Dario Amara, chief executive of GRD Minproc, said the company was pleased to appoint someone with leadership credentials and experience in the shutdown industry.
