Mike Harding, ARC; Noboru Tsuruta and Seiki Takahashi, Novus; Peter Allchurch, Amity.

Mike Harding has joined ARC as an independent, non-executive director of the company. Harding recently retired from a career with BP, most recently as president and general manager, BP Exploration, Australia.

Novus announces that Seiki Takahashi has retired as a non-executive director of the company and has been replaced by Noboru Tsuruta. Tsuruta lives in Tokyo, Japan and is general manager of the E & P Division of Mitsui & Co. with responsibility for Mitsui's global E & P business development.

Amity Oil founder Peter Allchurch has resigned from the company he founded in order to take a break from the business. Under Allchurch Amity has grown from a small explorer to an established gas producer in Turkey and most recently an ASX200 company.
