John Begg, Peter Leonhardt and Ray Barnes into Voyager; AMP into United Energy; Perpetual Trustees out of McConnell Dowell; Barclays out of BHP Billiton; Origin Energy out of Oil Company of Australia.

John Begg has exercised 64,937 options in Voyager Energy. The options were exercisable at $0.20 cents on or before 30 June 2003. Peter Leonhardt and Ray Barnes also exercised 25,000 option each at 20c.

As part of a scheme of arrangement AMP has moved to acquire 100% of United Energy's shareholdings as part of Power Partnership.

Perpetual Trustees Australia ceased to be a substantial shareholder in McConnell Dowell on the 15th of July.

Barclays PLC ceased to be a relevant shareholder in BHP Billiton on the 11th of July.

Origin Energy has increased its holdings in Oil Company of Australia from 84.96% to 87.69% on the 11th of July.
