Tina McMeckan has been appointed as a non-executive director of Alinta. McMeckan has substantial energy market experience, having served on the boards of United Energy, Snowy Hydro Trading, Australian Energy, Victorian Power Exchange, Westar and Kinetik Energy Group and Solaris Power.
John McRae has been appointed as company secretary of Stuart Petroleum subsequent to the resignation of Peter Cox on 15 October. McRae is a CPA and has some 30 years experience in Oil & Gas, Mining and Building industries pertaining to corporate administration, commercial management, finance and accounting.
With the acquisition of the assets and shares of Gulliver Productions Pty Ltd, Empire Oil & Gas has appointed Dr Bevan Warris as an executive director.
