A LOGISTICS specialist has developed a special loading frame that provided a timely, cost-effective solution for a customer moving 30 tonnes of oil and gas equipment aboard its IL-76TD-90VD from Johor Bahru, Malaysia to Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Russia.
