Mermaid completes Jaya acquisition

MERMAID Marine Australia has completed the $550 million acquisition of all the subsidiaries of Jaya Holdings, which adds 27 modern offshore vessels to MMA's fleet and two onshore facilities in Singapore and Batam in Indonesia.
