Wison said two 400-tonne lifting capacity goliath gantry cranes were used to move each of the 395t, 16,100 cubic metre capacity LNG storage tanks into place at its Chinese dry dock.
"Thanks to the efforts of Wison Offshore & Marine's integrated Chinese and Western team, we have successfully completed the installation of these LNG storage tanks on track for another on time delivery," Wison executive vice-president Dwayne Breaux said.
Wison said the vessel would start operating in the first quarter of 2015 and be mechanically complete in April next year.
A non-propelled barge, the vessel is expected to have liquefaction capacity of 69.5 million cubic feet per day, around 500,000t per annum of LNG, and regasification capacity of 400MMcfd.
