CNOOC, Conoco compensate Chinese fishermen

CNOOC and partner ConocoPhillips have reportedly agreed to pay 305 million yuan ($A46.6 million) compensation to Chinese fishermen following last year's oil spill from the Penglai Lai 19-3 field in Bohai Bay, offshore China.
