Asia to drive global oil investments and consumption

SOUTHEAST Asia will top total energy consumption but will also be the leading supplier of finance for energy projects worldwide, largely fuelled by growth in China and India with both countries looking to secure supplies through overseas equity participation, according to a key industry expert.
