“We have cancelled one VLCC of Saudi crude and deferred the arrival of one VLCC of Nigerian crude and one from Kuwait,” said IOC director of finance P Sugavanam.

As reported earlier by EnergyReview.Net, operations at IOC’s refinery were shutdown for a month due to an explosion and fire at one of Koyali’s FCCU on 1 November, which resulted in injury to 16 people.
