PetroVietnam arrest count hits five

Vu’s arrest brings the number of arrested company officials to five. He is the latest to be arrested over alleged losses incurred in the US$150 million Vung Tau gas pipeline, port and storage facilities project.

The 50-year-old Vu has been released on bail pending trial.
