First Tech Australia Pty Ltd increased its relevant interest in Nautronix Limited on 22 July 2002 from 5,088,603 ordinary shares (7.495%) to 6,093,324 ordinary shares (8.975%)

AMP Limited and its related bodies corporate became a substantial shareholder in Roc Oil Company Limited on 19 July 2002 with a relevant interest in the issued share capital of 5,529,882 ordinary shares (5.10%).
