Norwest Energy has announced the appointment of Mr Peter Munachen as company secretary to replace Mr Antony Cronin who has resigned.

Amity Oil Limited has advised the appointment of David Rich to the position of chief financial officer and company secretary effective July 2002. Amity said Mr Rich is a chartered accountant with 12 years' experience in commercial roles both interstate and within Western Australia.
