Roger Sutton has been appointed to the board of Energy Developments, replacing Ms Linda Constable as Director. Mr Sutton has over 16 years experience in the energy industry and is the Chief Executive Officer of Orion NZ Limited.

Expro International Group has appointed Terry Lazenby as non-executive director. Terry was appointed to the Board on 3 June 2003, following his 35 year career with BP in a number of roles and most recently as chief engineer (BP engineering) and technology director (BP Exploration).
