ING Australia Holdings Limited decreased its relevant interest in Tap Oil Limited on 20 January 2003, from 10,284,160 ordinary shares (6.64%) to 8,514,101 ordinary shares (5.49%).

ING Australia also decreased its relevant interest in Australian Worldwide Exploration Limited on 23 January 2003, from 18,018,016 ordinary shares (8.23%) to 15,518,016 ordinary shares (7.09%).
