ING Australia Holdings Ltd decreased its relevant interest in Australian Worldwide Exploration Limited on 15 January 2003, from 21,224,116 ordinary shares (9.69%) to 18,018,016 ordinary shares (8.23%).

Commonwealth Bank of Australia decreased its relevant interest in Clough Ltd on 17 January 2003 from 28,864,520 fully paid ordinary shares (7.03%) to 25,067,249 (6.01%).
