This high profile International Oil Company require an OH & S Graduate for this entry level position. You will have an OH & S Degree or equivalent and have some previous work experience or work history in an industrial environment.
This role will see you assisting the OH & S team by conducting safety and equipment audits, giving safety inductions and training to staff and managing the injury system database.
You will have good skills in MS Office 2000, the ability to liase with industrial workers as well as management and the confidence to give training to individuals and small groups.

Accountant
A listed oil and gas exploration company is currently seeking a dynamic Accountant.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include the preparation of monthly financial statements, BAS, joint venture accounts, supervision of accounts payable, processing payroll, assistance with annual statutory ac counts and liaison with Auditors. You will also be involved with accounting systems design, preparation of income tax and FBT returns, budgets and adhoc reports for management.
The successful candidate will be degree qualified and either be completing or have finished CA or CPA studies. It is envisaged that you will possess a minimum of two years experience in commerce and industry involving the preparation of financial statements, or alternatively within the accounting profession (preferably audit). Strong attention to detail and proven time management skills are essential to success within this role.

Job Description: - Oil and Gas Industry - Career Step Following a period of reorganisation this oil and gas company have created a new Finance and Administration function and accordingly a new position has arisen. Reporting to the Regional Financial Controller; this role is a great first step from the big four or a step up from another oil and gas group. You will be responsible for a small team whose objective is to produce timely and accurate financial and management reports. This will extend from compliance through to business analysis. On an annual basis you will prepare business unit budgets and assist with long term strategic planning. To be successful in this role you will have CA/CPA qualifications and consider yourself a high achiever. Furthermore you will have the ability to lead and motivate a team. Oil and Gas experience is highly desirable.
