CNOOC profits hit new levels

Oil production for the period also rose reaching 13.6 million cubic metres, including 2.98 million cubic metres from its production in Indonesia. The company produced 1.92 billion cubic metres of natural gas, 607.98 million cubic metres of which comes from Indonesian fields.

CNOOC is well advanced on several new construction projects with the Dong Fang1-1 gas field is nearly completed, and early site preparation for the Guangdong LNG project underway. The construction will kick off in full scale as soon as the state government approves the feasibility study report.
