Afghan officials are in talks with their Ukrainian counterparts to join in the construction of the Trans-Afghan pipeline.
While not exactly involved in the building of the actual pipeline, Ukraine has offered its services in the fields of power supplies, road and bridge construction, and irrigation systems to the war-ravaged land.
When completed, the pipeline will connect Turkmenistan and Pakistan.
