The Commonwealth Bank of Australia has become a substantial holder in Amity Oil purchasing 8,179,000 shares for a 5.15% interest in the company.

Portfolio Partners has cut its interest in Tap Oil to 13.21% (20,469,437 shares) from 15.45% (23,946,122 shares).
