FMR Corp increased its relevant interest in Novus Petroleum on 06/05/2003, from 10,500,000 common stock (5.72%) to 12,500,000 common stock (6.79%).

Douglas Jendry has indirectly purchased 93,989 ordinary shares in Impress Ventures at 2.2 cents per share, taking his personal total to 12,241,699 Fully paid ordinary shares. Eddie Smith, Burnal Pty Ltd, Royal Sunset Pty Ltd, Barchester Pty Ltd Elcos Pty Ltd also became a substantial shareholder in Impress Ventures Limited on 26/05/2003 with a relevant interest in the issued share capital of 6,120,524 ordinary shares (5.41%).

Richard Elliott has disposed of 150,000 ordinary shares at $1.06 per share, and 173,714 options at $0.336 per option, in Amity Oil. This leaves the director with 304,854 ordinary fully paid shares and 400,000 options exercisable at $1.22 on or before 29/11/2005.

Seaspin Pty Ltd ATF the Aphrodite Trust increased its relevant interest in Nido Petroleum Limited on 05/06/2003, from 23,511,124 ordinary shares (8.96%) to 26,284,874 ordinary shares (10.02%). Director Charles Morgan also indirectly acquired another 36,250 ordinary shares in Nido.

AXA Group ceased to be a substantial shareholder in Origin Energy Limited on 27/05/2003.
