Shareholders ratify Beach dividend plan

Beach Petroleum shareholders today ratified their first Dividend Re- investment Plan (DRP) after ...

Beach earlier announced an unfranked interim dividend totalling $930,000, representing half a cent per share for the six month period to 31 December, 2002 was is payable in mid-May.

The discount rate to be offered under the Plan will be up to a maximum 5% with shareholders having until the end of April to decide on their plans.

Shareholders wishing to take part in the DRP approved today have until the end of April to decide whether to take cash or re- invest their dividend entitlement in additional fully paid ordinary shares.
