Engineer
We are currently seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Engineer to be based in our Brisbane Office with visits to our North Queensland Sites as required. Initially this will be a 6 month contract with a probability of becoming a permanent position.
Role / Duties will entail Design Review / Constructual Contract requirement and operational activities related to conversion to and operation of a gas fired combined cycle gas turbined power station located in Townsville. This position will also be responsible for the development of operational procedures and maintenance plans for two power stations located in North Queensland.
Key requirements for this role are as follows:
5 - 10 years post graduate experience, preferably within the Power Industry
Mechanical, Electrical or Process
Proactive approach to problem solving
High level of computer skills
Enthusiastic and adaptable team player

** Excellent CAD skills in either mechanical, mechanical/piping, structural and electrical.
** Exposure to oil, gas or mining industries.
